About Teri Alameda, Inc.

Teri Alameda is a Project Manager and the owner of Teri Alameda, Inc. She has over 14 years experience with Environmental, Health and Safety. Her recent experience includes providing consultation and comprehensive audits for Joint Commission Environment of Care compliance. Teri also provides consultation for compliance with CAL/OSHA, OR-OSHA, CA/EPA, DTSC, JCAHO, DHS, BAQMD and DOT regulations.

Teri Alameda has experience providing healthcare regulatory management services to numerous facilities in the Western United States. Teri routinely provides regulatory compliance audits, risk assessments, documentation and program review, and mock surveys. She has participated in at least 12 Joint Commission successful surveys and two CMS surveys. Teri has served as the area director for Environmental Health and Safety for Kaiser Permanente and was responsible for establishing strategic work plans and priorities to address accident prevention and mitigation of significant risk. She also managed the Environmental Health and Safety program for three medical centers, 50 satellite buildings and approximately 6,000 employees. Prior to that, she was an Environmental Health and Safety Manager for Mills-Peninsula Health Services.
